Car Cutting Out On You? Check Your Battery!
When my brother and I had been there buying the spark plugs and air filters, I noticed a sign that said FREE BATTERY CHECK!
So, this morning I had a little free time and the thought came to me to go down there now and get that free battery check. At least then I would know something. Well, I did and I?m here now to say ?Thank you, Advance Discount Auto Parts!? Because your girl, Cindy, at my local store, hooked up your diagnostic machine to my battery, AND IT WAS BAD!
Right on the cart, there was another sign that said FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION! ?Wow,? I thought. ?I can buy a cheap battery here and they?ll install it for me too, for FREE! You can?t beat that! I?m here now; I can get it done now and be safe!?
Well, not only did I buy my battery there; and not only did Cindy install it for me FREE, but she also took the time to check to see if there was a warranty on the battery by putting in some codes on her computer. When she checked, there was a warranty still in effect! So I was able to walk out of there with a brand new $55 battery for a pro-rated price of only $23!
I was thrilled! Is that not a wonderful experience or what?
